I love festivals. Especially festivals of the arts and crafts genre. The Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston is one of the best. The 2015 festival kicked off on Saturday with the most gorgeous weather and absolutely stunning art. My dream is to walk through the festival with deep pockets one year and buy each piece of art that I love.
Until that year, we'll contemplate one piece or two and admire just catching a peek at the rest. I was so caught up in the beautiful paintings that I forgot to take many pictures. Also, some of the artists rather prefer that you don't take pictures anyway.
I did capture a few, and snagged marketing pieces from a few of the other artists that created something that I loved.

Dwain Ray "Near Botany Bay Plantation" and other "Adventures in Color" pieces |
